Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about what WebHealth watches, how it explains issues, trials, and pricing.
General
What is WebHealth?
WebHealth watches the confusing, easy-to-miss parts of your website and online business for you. It explains what matters in everyday language and tells you when something needs attention — and what to do next. You don't need an IT department or to understand the technical stuff.
Do I need to be technical to use WebHealth?
No. It's built for people who run websites and online businesses, not for developers. Every issue is explained in everyday language. Extra technical detail is there if your IT partner needs it — you never have to start with it.
Who is WebHealth for?
People who rely on a website and email domain but shouldn't have to babysit technical settings: solo entrepreneurs, freelancers, creators, small online businesses, operations teams, plus agencies and MSPs who deliver the same clarity to clients.
Is WebHealth suitable if I am just one person?
Yes. Starter is for individuals, solopreneurs, freelancers, and creators. You get the same score and morning update agencies use for clients — without an IT department, a retainer, or learning a monitoring console.
I run a small online business or side hustle — is this for me?
Yes. If customers, readers, or clients find you online, the same risks apply whether you have a staff of one or twenty. WebHealth watches the important parts and tells you what to do in everyday language — so you stay focused on the work that pays you.
Will WebHealth add another complicated tool I have to learn?
No. The point is to take the technical load off you, not add a new dashboard full of jargon. You get one score, a short priority list, and a morning note — designed so a first-time user can succeed without explanation.
Product
What does WebHealth monitor?
The parts of your online presence that are easy to miss and hard to interpret alone — website health, email-domain trust, outside security risks, search, and how fast your site feels — together, as one picture.
What is an Email Domain?
Your email domain is the domain your mail comes from — for example yourbusiness.com. We check whether that domain is set up so messages look trustworthy and reach people. That covers the whole domain and every address on it, not one personal inbox.
What is the Digital Health Score?
It's a number from 0 to 100 that shows how healthy your digital business is right now. It combines website, email domain, security, search, and speed. The higher the score, the healthier you look online.
How is the score calculated?
The score starts at 100 and is reduced based on open issues — more for critical problems, less for minor ones. Critical issues cap the score at 49. Attention issues cap it at 79. A score of 90 or above generally means everything looks good.
Does WebHealth fix problems or tell me what to do?
We tell you what is wrong, why it matters, and what to do. Most actions are carried out by you, your team, or your technical partner — so you save time and skip the guesswork.
What is a Health Snapshot?
It's your current health summary: score, status, and top priorities. Your dashboard and morning update use it, so you don't wait for a new scan every time you look.
How often does WebHealth check my business?
Checks run on a schedule that fits your plan — from every 12 hours on Starter to every 30 minutes on MSP. Your dashboard and morning update always show the latest results.
What does the 07:00 morning report look like?
A short, easy-to-read note in your inbox: your Digital Health Score, what areas are healthy, what needs attention, and what to do first. It's designed to answer five questions in under ten seconds — without logging into a dashboard.
How is WebHealth different from uptime monitoring?
Uptime tools tell you if a server answered. We tell you if the business looks healthy — and what to fix first — in language you can act on without guessing at the tech.
Will WebHealth flood me with alerts?
No. Issues are ranked by business impact and urgency. You see what matters most — not a wall of technical alerts.
Can I share reports with my team or board?
Yes. You can schedule, export, and share short summaries.
Agency & MSP
Can my agency manage multiple clients?
Yes. Agency plans include up to 10 client workspaces and 50 monitored assets, with your branding on reports and partner tools. MSP plans go further — up to 25 workspaces and 125 assets.
Can I use my own branding on reports?
Yes. Agency and MSP plans include your branding. Clients see your brand on reports and briefings — not the WebHealth logo.
How does WebHealth fit into a managed service?
It sits alongside the tools you already use — it doesn't replace remote management or backup. You get ongoing digital health checks and client reports people will read, without opening every site by hand. The same clear language your solo and small-business clients need.
Pricing & Trial
What happens during the free trial?
You get full access to your chosen plan for 14 days. Payment details are required at signup, but you aren't charged until the trial ends.
What happens after 14 days?
Your plan billing starts unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from your account.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before your trial ends and you won't be charged. After that, cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens if I need more capacity?
Agency and MSP plans can add extra client workspaces ($59/mo Agency, $49/mo MSP — each includes 5 pooled assets) and extra monitored assets ($10/mo Agency, $8/mo MSP). For larger needs, contact us through the Help page.
What counts as an asset?
Each asset is one domain plus one public IP address. A typical small business or solo operator uses one asset. Multi-site organisations and client portfolios use more.
Do annual plans include a discount?
Yes. Pay annually and get two months free compared to paying monthly.
