Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of WebHealth. See also our Privacy Policy and Security pages.
Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WebHealth, including webhealth.pro, app.webhealth.pro, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Service description
WebHealth is a Digital Health Platform that monitors website, email domain, security, visibility, and performance signals for businesses and presents them in plain language. Features vary by subscription plan. We strive for accurate, timely health information but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for lawful business purposes.
- One person or organization may not share accounts in ways that violate plan entitlements or seat limits.
Free trial and billing
WebHealth offers a 14-day free trial on eligible plans. Payment details are required at signup. You will not be charged until the trial period ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Prices, taxes, and currency are shown at checkout and may vary by location.
Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and our refund policy as stated at checkout. Downgrades and cancellations take effect per Paddle and plan terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to monitor systems you do not own or lack authorization to test.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, tenant isolation, authentication, or security controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except through documented APIs within your entitlements.
- Upload malware, conduct attacks against WebHealth infrastructure, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Misrepresent WebHealth outputs as formal security certifications, penetration test results, or compliance attestations.
- Resell or white-label the Service beyond features explicitly included in your plan.
Monitoring scope and limitations
WebHealth performs external, non-invasive checks appropriate to your plan. It does not replace professional security audits, legal compliance reviews, or managed IT services. Health scores and insights are guidance based on available signals — not guarantees of security or uptime.
The free public health check is limited in scope (see webhealth.pro/check) and is not a substitute for a full WebHealth subscription.
Advisor and AI features
The Advisor uses artificial intelligence to answer questions. Responses are grounded in available data and knowledge base content where possible. AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You should verify important decisions with qualified professionals. WebHealth is not liable for actions taken solely on Advisor responses.
Intellectual property
WebHealth, its logos, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.
Confidentiality
We treat your non-public account and monitoring data as confidential and use it only as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to disclose non-public information about WebHealth's systems, pricing, or roadmaps obtained through beta or partner programs.
Availability and support
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure may affect the Service. Support is provided through in-app Help, email, and documentation at the level appropriate to your plan.
Suspension and termination
You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal or account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete data after a retention period described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WEBHEALTH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT MONITORING WILL DETECT ALL ISSUES OR PREVENT ALL HARM.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBHEALTH AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO WEBHEALTH IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebHealth from claims arising from your use of the Service, your monitored assets, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated in advance where required by law.
